JEANSWEST: NEW DENIM ERA

THE VITAL LESSON

Employed at Jeanswest as the Graphic Designer, I assumed the position of Creative Lead, Copywriter and Brand Specialist. It was a tough gig that required much sacrifice and unfortunately met its end as the business went into voluntary administration for the second time in five years, in March 2025.

The challenges of the 'Retail World' - stock shortages, distribution delays, and ecommerce hurdles led to a sharp decline in website traffic over the year. Bold investments were made in photoshoots that had little to no effect on the data-driven marketing due to inconsistent product availability that heavily limited any sustainable growth.

This taught me a vital lesson: true impact comes from balancing data insights with the moral integrity of intuitive brand-building. At Cowboy Studio, we listen to learn, adapt to overcome, and create to connect - turning challenges into stories that resonate and deliver measurable outcomes.
